Why can I not withdraw?
Before you can request a withdrawal you need to meet the wagering requirements on any bonus on your account. It depends on the type of bonus credited. For Terms & Conditions applying to our wagering requirements please refer to our promotions.
How do I get my first deposit bonus?
You only need to make your first deposit of a minimum €/£/$20.00; DKK150, SEK200 and you will get your Welcome Package.
When will I receive my winnings?
Once you have requested a withdrawal, the funds will enter a minimum of 24 hours pending cycle before they will be processed. Please remember that if you request your withdrawal on a weekend, the winnings will only be processed on Monday due to the processing banks being closed over the weekend. Once the winnings have been processed, it can take between 3-7 working days to reflect in your account if you have chosen to withdraw to your Visa or debit card.
I don't want my bonus, how can I remove it?
Promotional bonuses are credited automatically once the qualifying criteria have been met. This bonus can be removed but only before you start playing. What we can do is remove you from all future bonuses and promotions to prevent bonuses being automatically added.
Why can't I deposit?
Rejections can happen for a number of reasons. These can include velocity limits set by your bank (and we’d urge you to contact your bank regarding these) and limits being reached; the bank not allowing online gaming transactions to be processed or perhaps you’ve entered the incorrect CVC number. If the deposit is showing as rejected by your bank, we suggest you to contact them and make sure there are no limits on your deposits, or wait a few minutes and try again.
