- What happens if the dealer makes a mistake?
In the unlikely event of a dealer making a mistake, the pit boss will be called. If the game can be continued fairly it will do so. Otherwise, the game will be cancelled and all placed bets will be returned.
- How do I select a table?
To join a game table, simply follow these steps:
Ensure you are in the Lobby window with a table selection.
Click a Game Type tab to select the game type you want to play.
Click a Game Tab with the preferred Game Mode.
Click the Game Table button to enter.
- How do I play a game?
To play a game, please wait until you see the announcement "please start betting". Then, simply click on the chip you wish to place on the table or select the chip using the Hot Key feature (see below for more about this). This way you can simply click on the table where you want to place that chip. You can remove any chips from the table before confirming your bet by choosing Clear Bets. Be sure to press Confirm before the clock time expires; otherwise, your bet won't count.
Depending on which game you play, there may be other actions you need to do. If you are not familiar with the rules of the game you have chosen, you may go to the Game Rules page of that particular game type for reference.
You can view your live dealer's actions via the video feed box, as long as the results are shown on screen in the meantime. As with many internet browser windows, simply click the pop-up icon in the top left hand corner of the video feed box to detach the box and move it anywhere you like. The detach button will then be replaced by a re-attach button, which allows the detached video to be returned to its original position.
When the result of the round has been determined, it will be displayed on screen. The Balance will be updated immediately and the result will be added to the Game History (if available). You will be informed if you have won or lost and how much. A new round begins once the game announces "please start betting" again.
The Hot Key feature is a fun and convenient way to place a bet.
Press the number keys 1–5 to select chips. Each number key corresponds to one of the chips displayed.
Page Up and Page Down can be used to arrange the chips to show chips of lower and higher values.

General Rules For Live Dealer Casino Games - LIVE DEALER CASINO GAMES (hereinafter individually referred to as the LDC Game and jointly the LDC Games) shall mean all web-based live casino games offered by Roxy Palace where the Customers play with a live dealer (including, but not limited to Dragon Bonus Baccarat, Multi Player Baccarat, Roulette and Black Jack).
- The LDC Games offered on the respective channel of Roxy Palace website (the Website) are operated by Roxy Palace utilizing software licensed by Microgaming Networks.
- These general rules for the LDC Games (the LDC Rules) are applicable to all LDC Games. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, unless specified otherwise herein, the Roxy Palace general terms and conditions, published on the Website from time-to-time (the Roxypalace Rules) are also applicable to the LDC Games.

- The LDC Games may be played against payment by using a RoxyPalaceCasino account. The LDC Games are available only for persons complying with the minimum age requirement as set out in the full casino terms and conditions
- By participating in the LDC Games, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the LDC Rules, the Roxy Palace Rules and LDC Games’ specific guidelines and terms, and deemed to have confirmed that they meet the eligibility requirement.
If a Customer does not agree with the LDC Rules, the Roxy Palace Casino Rules and any applicable LDC Games’ specific guidelines or terms, participation in the LDC Games should be avoided.

- DEFINITIONS: In the LDC Games, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning ascribed:
‘Bonus Payouts - Payouts additional to the regular Game Payouts. In some LDC Games, the Customer must place a side bet to qualify for bonus payouts. Each player has their own chip colour. Up to seven players can play at each table.
‘Casino View’ and ‘Game View’ - The LDC Game has two game play views - Game View and Casino View. The Casino View displays the live dealer at a simulated table. The Game View displays the live dealer in a video feed window, a simulated table and additional game play information windows.
‘Deck Swap’ - The dealer requests a new deck of cards to be brought to the table when the yellow card is reached. Each deck is stored and locked in a case to prevent any tampering. Deck swapping is done in front of the camera. The used deck is placed in a locked case and stored. The dealer must shuffle the new deck and randomly place the yellow card at the back of the deck before the game can continue. Before the next round begins the dealer must burn cards.
‘Game Payouts’ (also known as Payout Table or Pay Table) - The list of payouts for a game. The table displays a list of winning combinations and the amount the Customer is paid for each combination.
‘House’ - The casino establishment.
‘Jackpot’ - A game's highest payout.
‘Multi-player Games’ - Community games where the Customer plays on the same table with other players, without competing against each other for any prizes. The Customer can see other player's aliases and betting actions.
‘Payout’ (also known as Win Amount, Wins or Winnings) - The amount won in a game.
‘Regular Bet’ - A bet placed to play a game.
‘Side Bet’ (also known as Bonus Bet) - An additional bet placed that qualifies the Customer for extra payouts, such as bonus payouts.
- By participating in the LDC Games, the Customer grants the RoxyPalace.com exclusive permission to use their name, character, photograph, voice and likeness in connection with the LDC Games and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waives any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
- DISCONNECTION: The Customer shall be disconnected from the LDC Games if the Customer is disconnected from the Internet or closes the game browser. The game continues to play even if the Customer does not have the LDC Game open. The game results are processed and any winnings are paid. If the Customer is disconnected during a game, they can re-connect and join the same table. Important! If there are any confirmed bets on a table, the game automatically selects optimal game play.
- DISCLAIMER: RoxyPalace strives to ensure the full protection of all its Customers and their bets, however, there are certain events that are beyond RoxyPalace control. If, for any reason, the Customer is disconnected from the game server, RoxyPalace cannot be held liable for any losses that may result from this disconnection. The balance of the Customer’s account is recorded on the game server and is not affected by the disconnection in any way. If a line has been disconnected or become unresponsive, when the Customer logs on to the LDC Game the balance of credits recorded on the game server after the last bet was completed, is displayed.

- VOID GAME: In card games, if an error is made by the Dealer when dealing a hand, RoxyPalace reserves the right to void the game. In Roulette games, if the ball completes less than six full revolutions on the wheel during a spin, RoxyPalace reserves the right to void the game. If a game is declared void, all confirmed bets are returned to the Customer and a new game begins.
- If any provision of these LDC Rules is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable by reason of any law, rule, administrative order or judicial decision, that determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the LDC Rules.
- RoxyPalace reserves the right to amend these LDC Rules at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately on posting of notification of such changes on the Website.
