How Does The Loyalty Program Work?

The Loyalty Program is only available to Real players playing for Real money at either the download casino or the Flash (no download) casino. When registering a Real money casino account, a loyalty account will be automatically created for you. This takes place within 30-60 minutes of registration. Once you have a Loyalty Account every wager that you make at the casino (except on Craps and Roulette) will count towards your loyalty points total. For every $10 that is wagered at the casino on Slots and for every $25 wagered on Table Games and Video Poker you will receive 1 Loyalty Point. These points will accumulate automatically and you will be able to view your balance or redeem points for casino chips at any time. Loyalty points may only be redeemed in multiples of 1,000 points. For every 1,000 points redeemed $10 will be automatically credited to your casino account.

How Do I Check Or Redeem Loyalty Points?

You can check your Loyalty Account points balance or redeem points for casino chips at any time at the casino. Login to the casino, click on "Your Account" on the menu, and click on "Players Club". You will be taken directly to our loyalty site where you can view or redeem loyalty points.

I Cannot Login To My Loyalty Account

If for any reason you are unable to login to your loyalty account on the casino software, please go to the Players Club website page. Click on redeem your loyalty points icon - key in your loyalty account number (trpgxxxxxx) and your CASINO password.
