Checks may take up to 21 days if sent to you via regular mail. Checks delivered by international courier service will take 3-6 business days. Please note you will have to deposit checks at your bank and a further clearance period may apply depending on your banks check clearance policy.

Refunds to NETeller accounts are immediate, Firepay will take 3-6 days to reflect a refund and Click2Pay will take 48 hours to reflect a refund.
