How to play Sic Bo: strategy and rules 

Sic Bo is a table game similar to roulette in that you choose your strategy and place your bets on the table. You win by predicting the combinations of numbers on the dice in different ways:

Single number bets

• In the single bet area of the table you can choose a number between 1 and 6 and bet on it showing on one or two or three die, with payouts of 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 respectively.

Two number bets

• This is where you start betting on combinations. For two number bets you’re predicting the combination that will appear on two dice, rather than just one. You’ll get a payout of 6:1 here.

Three number bets

• With three number bets, Sic Bo starts to get really interesting as you can bet on all three dice with what’s known as a small bet or a big bet. The small bet is when you say what the total of the dice will be between 4 and 10, with a payout of 1:1. The big bet is when you predict the total between 11 and 17 again with a 1:1 payout.

Triple and pair bets

• Here you can state whether two or three dice will have the same specified number or will be odds or evens. Specific triples bring in the big money at 150:1, odds or evens triples will pay you 25:1.
